Qualification
>> Degree in B. Arch. or B.E. / B. Tech (Civil) or B. Planning / B. Tech (Planning) from a University in India established or incorporated by or under Central Act, State Act or Provincial Act, recognized by the University Grants Commission.
>> Must possess a minimum qualification of a Diploma in D.C.E. / L.C.E. / L.A.A., awarded by the State Board of Technical Education.
>> Any other equivalent qualification to the qualification under (a) & (b) above as prescribed by the government from time to time and shall be enunciated by the Government.

18-44Â Years
>> The candidates should possess a Minimum of 18 years & Maximum of 44 years. The age is reckoned as on 01/07/2022 (Rule-12(1)(a)(v) of State and Subordinate Service Rules).
>> Minimum Age (18 years): An Applicant should not be born after 01/07/2004
>> Maximum Age (44 years): An applicant should not be born before 02/07/1978

>> To fill the application form, the Applicant has to visit the website (https://www.tspsc.gov.in) and Click on the online Application Link provided on the Website, then enter TSPSC ID and Date of Birth and login with OTP received to proceed further.
>> The applicant has to verify the details fetched from OTR database about Name, Date of Birth, requisite Educational Qualifications, Community, Gender, ExServicemen & Sports etc., displayed on the screen.
>> In addition to the details obtained from the OTR database, the applicant should fill specific details of Notification such as Examination Centre opted, required qualification and declarations etc., should be filled by the applicant.
>> Preview and Edit facility is available to make changes, and then click on SAVE & PAY button for proceeding to next step of making online payment of fee through the payment gateway
Fee
>> Application Processing Fee:- Each applicant must pay Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) towards Online Application Processing Fee.
>> Examination Fee:- The applicants have to pay RS. 80/- (Rupees Eighty Only) towards Examination Fee. However,
>> All unemployees are exempted from payment of examination fees, and
>> All Government employees (Central / State / PSUs / Corporations / Other Government sectors) have to pay the prescribed examination fee.
Important Dates
>> Submission of ONLINE applications starts from Dt. 20/09/2022.
>> The last date for submission of ONLINE applications is 13/10/2022. The payment of the Fee will be accepted up to 05:00 P.M of the later date for submission.
