Roles and Responsibilities
>> To assist team leader corporate for formwork to coordinate with all Regional Formwork team leaders/heads on the projects formwork designing, estimation, planning, and execution across all the business units in Pan India and International project.
>> Proper implementation of the existing formwork system.
>> Improvement of the productivity.
>> Improvement of existing system.
>> Implementation of new system.
>> Identifying and training of the trainers (Carpentry foreman) who in turn train the workforce.
>> Implementation of Formwork training schedule across JMC.
>> To establish Formwork Audits at site.
>> Setting up Formwork methodology, guidelines and checklist.
>> Selection and budgeting of formwork system for tendering.
>> To assist the Projects Managers in improving productivity by identifying the root causes at the site.
>> To compile, review and monitor the productivity and MIS reports.
>> Identifying the reason for less productivity and action plan for the improvement of the same.
>> To ensure proper implementation of existing system / improvised system
>> Reporting to management about improvement plan and schedule for completing the same.
>> Development of skilled manpower/contractor for formwork.
>> Development of Formwork Foremen and Coordinators.
>> Develop the training methodology, arrange and conduct the training programs in the area of formwork (Indoor, outdoor, training centers, and at regional locations Pan India).
Education Qualifications & Experience
> Full-Time Graduate Civil Engineer (B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering) from a recognized University/ Institute of India
>> 2 – 8 Years Experience
